Refund policy
At Altones, we want you to love your skincare products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a damaged or defective product. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a return and send you a replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product due to damage or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
